The LUSH approach to cosmetics retailing can, at best, be described as ‘unorthodox’. LUSH is far more a food retailer than a traditional cosmetics company (think handmade and fresh merchandise loaded with natural ingredients, butchers’ blocks, prices by weight, grease-proof wrapping paper, and best-by dates).
